I continue to enjoy working out and getting out of the house alone! Don't get me wrong, I adore my kids but by the time my hubby gets home I am ready to have some Heidi-time.

I am really feeling stronger when on the machines and have upped my weights on a few recently. I've also learned some new techniques that seem to be making a difference too.

As for my diet, I'm pretty content with the quality of food I'm consuming but I am basically holding steady with my weight. I have lots more to lose though, so I am going to go back on the SlimFast for dinner route. If I can do that consistently for a week then I'll drop a couple more pounds and hit a new low.

I'm coming down with a cold now and in fact I thought I might throw-up at the gym today. I decided though that it wasn't the flu but maybe the fact that I had just had lunch and was drinking fizzy water... ?? The good news though, is that I thought that if I was indeed coming down with the flu, I'd better get a good workout in because I wouldn't want to come back for awhile. I'm glad I had those thoughts instead of wanting to flee and go home!

Progress is steady and my attitude is good.
